Two weeks ago, after finally settling on a time and place to meet up, I got to sit down for a chat with a fellow DC photographer We were introduced by his girlfriend Noe, a friend whom I'd known since high school. Patrick had made the transition to photography himself after being a chef and restauranteur. His effort is certainly an admirable one, setting up weekly interviews for his podcast "Staying in Focus" for, by the time I was on, 52 weeks! That certainly requires a bit of dedication, if you ask me. Have a listen below :) So after hearing myself as the interviewee (rather than the interviewer, which I had been for the past three years), I noticed a couple things: 1) I giggle way too much, 2) I go off on tangents A LOT, and 3) I kiiinda have a FOB accent now. It was all good fun if not for the chance to connect with another wedding photographer in the area. Be sure to check out his website here. |
